Personal data is processed:
a/ due to the performance of the conclusion of a contract that binds you to the Administrator or actions necessary to conclude it (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
b/ due to legal requirements which the Administrator is obliged to comply with (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO),
c/ on the basis of consent obtained from you (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO),
d/ to ensure the safety and security of objects at the disposal of PPHU MARTECH-PLUS M. Mistarz S.J. and are necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of RODO).
Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. HR and OHS data are stored in accordance with current legislation. Documents such as CVs for the time necessary as part of the recruitment process. Other information in accordance with internal document retention policy, but no longer than necessary.
Your personal data can be transferred to external entities under the agreements signed with PPHU MARTECH-PLUS M. Mistarz S.J. agreements on entrusting the processing of personal data, including entities providing the Administrator with IT, legal, health and safety, and accounting services, as well as other entities on the basis of applicable regulations.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it and lodge an objection.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection at the address of the Office, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw. Data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
