Achieving the above mission is ensured through the realization of specific goals and tasks assigned to all Company employees. The strategic objectives on which they are based make it possible to build an image of a reliable and trustworthy partner.
These objectives include:
Manufacturing products and providing services at the highest level.
Ensuring conformity of manufactured Ex products with the type described in the certificate and technical documentation, in accordance with the guidelines of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 80079-34:2020-09 standard.
Expanding the market for the offered products and services.
Raising customer service standards.
Continuous technical and organizational progress.

Conducting processes and providing services under supervised conditions that ensure planned quality and safety of use.

Continuous education, training, and motivation of our employees and persons working under our supervision, so they perform their tasks and activities consciously and responsibly for service delivery, and engaging them in actions for occupational health and safety.
Providing services in a manner that protects employees from injuries, health ailments, and loss of life or health, while preventing incidents, accidents at work, occupational diseases, and near-misses.
Ensuring consultation and active participation of all employees by involving staff in the OHS area in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of occupational health and safety at workstations.
Protecting employees from reprisals in connection with reported incidents, hazards, risks, opportunities, and proposals for improving OHS conditions.
Cooperating with qualified suppliers.
Maintaining continuous contact and an individual approach to customer expectations.
Continuous improvement of employees’ qualifications and competences, as well as raising their awareness and responsibility regarding the improvement of the Integrated Management System.
Providing the appropriate resources and means necessary to maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System.
The Policy is public, known to all employees, and made available to interested parties. As the Owner, I commit to and take responsibility for the effective functioning, improvement, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System.
